Compass Go App Reviews

People giving bad reviews obviously havent read the description. This doesnt turn a 3G into a 3G-S compass. You have to WALK in a straight line for several seconds for it to get a fix, and it isnt for iTouch, and doesnt work well on 1st gen iPhone. Improvements: in-app "favorites" list, option to disable buzz when get close.

This app really works as good or better than i expected. You must read the instructions and the description of the product. It works great and I am very satisfied. Would recommend to any of my friends.

The only drawback is that the needle is a little slow to move after changing directions.

I have a 3g iphone, so my expectations were somewhat tempered, but I hoped for slightly better performance. Ive tried it several times, and it hasnt worked well. I tried it several times when I knew where my car was, but many times the app wouldnt point me in the right direction. Each time I walked for at least 20 yards in a straight line to get a GPS update, and it would give me a good direction about 75% of the time, so its not worthless, but disappointing.

For $0.99, its a fine app. Compass works and gives me a easily read bearing.

You cannot save multiple locations, which would seem like a simple fix

Loaded fine, but still does nothing. Really, really...nothing. Cant be coaxed to work while walking, biking, driving or flinging it after being peed on for paying for this piece of junk!

I love this app. Every time I go to concerts or sporting events with huge parking lots or fields, this app gets me to within 5 yards or less of where my vehicle is parked. If you stand at your vehicle and tap set current location before you walk in this app will get you to your vehicle every time, if you just know how to walk in the direction the black arrow tells you to walk. You will see the distance decrease as you get closer to your vehicle. It works great if you are looking for an app to do what this app does.

Good idea but its missing mgrs for the Army.

A simple navigation app with user option to enter destination lat/long in degree/minute/decimal seconds format. I have been looking for this app. Its really cool that the compass turns green as you get within a few feet of destination. I wish it had the option to change yards2go to feet2go but no big deal. Im a land surveyor and this thing is great. Some folks might miss degree/decimal minutes format.

The Set Target function no longer works with my iPhone 6 and iOS 8.1.2. None of the function buttons work. Please patch.

Downloaded this app. Nothing works but compass. Im running os 8.4. I cant get any menu options to work even after restarting my phone. Waste of money.
